GETTING STARTED (First-time users)
Every parent/guardian can have his/her own account with an activation code. The Campus Parent portal will provide access to information on all your secondary school children, no matter what school they attend, under one login.
- Download the IC Code Request Form and follow the form's instructions. For more information, contact Debbie Snyder: 808-307-0512 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once you have received your activation code, you can download the Activation Instructions document for instructions. For technical support, contact David Taba: 808-307-0509 or email@example.com.
LOGIN ISSUES (Returning users)
- First, try the "Forgot your password?" OR "Forgot your username?" links on the Infinite Campus Portal.
- If those do not work, and you need us to reset your password for you, please fill out this form, and someone at Roosevelt will manually reset your password within 1-2 working days.
