Hi Rough Riders! The class of 2028 2029 councils would like to announce this year’s Freshmen/Sophomore Banquet. It will be held at the Ala Moana Hotel on Saturday, March 28th from 5pm to 10pm. The theme this year is “Spring Awakening: Heart of Spring.” Bids for Freshmen and Sophomores are $75. For guests, bids are $80. Guests include any junior or senior rhs student that must be a guest of a freshman or sophomore that’s going. Early bids are from February 2nd to the 4th. For both Fresh/Soph and guests, late bids are $85 from February 5th to the 6th. Get your contracts at the Class of 28 and 29’s bulletin. Hope to see you there!!
Hi everyone! Our school has just launched a new club: the Vietnamese Club! The club meets every Thursday or Friday in room A113. It is a supportive environment where students can learn about Vietnamese culture and food together. They promote sharing and supporting, welcoming everyone regardless of background. If you are interested, go to A113 (Ms.Breeden) and join! Everyone is invited! Thank you!
Attention, RHS students, are you looking to earn volunteer hours to help you with post-high school? We invite you to join the 808 Cleanups Club! By joining the club, you will have the opportunity to get involved, make a difference in the community, and, most importantly, become part of 808 Cleanups, a non-profit organization aimed at keeping Hawaii clean from Mauka to Makai. Don’t know what gift to buy for your loved ones during Valentines? Well, the UNICEF club is selling customizable Cupid Bundles for your significant other or friends! The classic pack starts with candy, a flower, and a card. Other addons are available, which includes matching bracelets, keychains, and an extra flower. The YWCA would like to share that the O‘ahu Bella Project 2026 is now live and open for registration! Bella Project is a special program where they provide free, gently used formalwear for proms, banquets, and other special events to local high school students.
Tryouts for our varsity softball team will begin on Monday, Feb. 2nd and run through Feb. 6th from 4:30pm - 6pm. Tryouts will be held in the outfield of the Stevenson baseball field until our softball project is completed.
